Thank you for choosing Eleven Collective. We are a community-driven brand, and we want to ensure your gear reaches you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. "Made-to-Order" Fulfillment

Because we care about sustainability and unique designs, we do not keep a massive warehouse of pre-printed stock. Every item is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order.

• Processing Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your product.

• Notification: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been printed and packed, shipping times vary based on your location:

• USA: 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

• International: 6–15 business days after fulfillment (depending on your country’s customs process).

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping and, where available, expedited options.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to soccer fans worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. Eleven Collective is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please double-check your "starting lineup" (your address info) before confirming your order!

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at help@fcelevencollective.com and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.
